SAR table two way

I want to create a SAR table after r-group decomposition , i want to have  a pivot table r1 as row r2 as column and data matrix ..as a SAR map. Is it possible to do it in knime?

any suggestions?

It should be no problem, just use a pivot node, group on R1, pivot on R2, and then define your aggregations.

You can use the rdkit nodes to have the r groups shown as structures along the column headers too which is really handy.
