as you’ve described general issues after the recent KNIME update here I’d assume that this is not specific to the Selenium Nodes, and I’d pursue some general trouble shooting steps first: Probably begin with a fresh installation of KNIME 4.1.1 and/or a clean workspace. Also, make sure that no anti-virus or (pseudo-)security tool interferes with KNIME.
If that does not help (or the error then still occurs with the Se Nodes), let me know!
