Selenium Start Web Driver - web browser waiting but not working

Apart from the selenium node, when I open the browser on the pc, the link connection works normally. But when I run it on my selenium node, it is waiting … waiting (although the waiting time increases) does not progress and gives an error. What solution should I implement or the error may be caused by.

browser google chrome / 80.0.3987.122

There is the same problem on different web pages.

I think there was a problem caused by the internet line in the country yesterday. There was a general internet speed end seems to be normal for now.
