Are the all the files included in the workflow folder? I have just downloaded and cannot find:
MPQA-OpinionCorpus-PositiveList.csv
MPQA-OpinionCorpus-PositiveList.csv

In case you haven’t found data files there are two levels up (TextMiningWebinar) in data folder. See screenshot:
As you can see there is also option to download the entire workflow group.
