currently not, but it's a feature which will be available in the future.

Been a while, but here we go:

Selenium Nodes 2.0 now supports predefined “Capability Snippets” in the new “WebDriver Factory” node. Beside other functionality there’s a “Proxy Server Template” -- simply add it to the capabilities tree, fill out the necessary entries and/or delete unnecessary entries:
