Simple File Reader

It is really awesome. With regular load 10M CSV was loaded less then 9 min and with combination with row filter on streamed component just 2 min. Regular one in the last case took 8 min.
Unfortunately, simple file reader is not searchable on Nodepit.

FYI: We were still in the process of onboarding KNIME 4.2 to NodePit, which turned out to be a bit tricky despite the fact that this KNIME release should only be a minor release. Anyhow, the node should now be available :wink:
