Hey,
there is a small flaw in the Wait... node. The point is, that you have to select "Wait to time" if you want to use flow variables for this exact task, which is to wait until the time of the day passed.
If you selected "Wait for time", which is the configuration default, the node ignores the variables. It's actually not a big deal, but other nodes behave much more intelligent.
