Thank you for providing the interesting Challenge. I am having trouble getting access to the “Link for Medical Procedures Dataset” as I am denied access and cannot get the data. I get the following message. “Error 1009”, “The owner of this website ([data.chhs.ca.gov](http://data.chhs.ca.gov)) has banned the country or region your IP address is in (JP) from accessing this website.” Could you please suggest another way to obtain the data? ---
