Hi guys, I have a question to the offical solution cause I get an error message in the “Loop End” node.
All is running well till the “Loop End” node. But after 1st iteration I get the following error message:
Execute failed: Input table’s structure differs from reference (first iteration) table: different column counts 4 vs. 3
Can someone explain me how I can fix this problem?
I have no idea what the problem is.
After the String manipulation node the table has 4 columns.
Thanks in advance

Hi, did you try checking the “Allow changing table specifications” option in the Loop End node configuration? This may help.

Hi great this works!
When have I used this option?
But I get a new error message in the “Table Row to Variable” node:
Execute failed: Missing values are not allowed for data types without a default value. – column “Path” (index 0)

Believe me I haven’t change the workflow, only the directory of the data to my local drive on the laptop
Thanks for your help

Hey,

This error may be caused by a variety of things… Is your solution on [KNIME Hub](https://hub.knime.com/)? If so, could you share it here? If not, it’d be great if you could upload it to KNIME Hub and share with us here.

I’d be happy to then take a look at it and try to find the issue. 🙂

Hi Aline,
thanks for your answer
no my solution is not on KNIME HUB.
Buts it is only the official solution and I have changed only the file links to my local drive.
But I will uploaded it here.
Is this normal that the reset workflow has 350MB? I have reset the workflow before exporting
Bad try - It is no possible to upload such a big file.
How can I make it smaller?
A ompressed zip file is also not working

That is very odd. I tried running it as well and didn’t face this issue. I wonder if the downloaded data has changed since our solution. And please don’t upload that data as it’s too large and region restricted.

If the data has changed, the solution may not work, sorry about that.

Thanks again for your answer.
How do you have run the Workflow?
Do you have run the Workflow on Local Drive or on the Internet?
My understanding is, that I have to run it on local drive, cause I have to download the data.

I make again the test, download the workflow, download the data and run it on local computer.
But it is no working.
After downloading and saving the workflow I get the error message in the 1st List Files/

 ![List Folder changed folder](https://forum-cdn.knime.com/uploads/default/original/3X/d/9/d937522119a2bea1ccadcb62e5a224ead7db8856.png)

Folder node:
The specific folder chargemaster -cdm-2021 does not exist
So that I have to change it to the local drive on my Laptop, see the 2 screenshots:
Then I try to run the complete workflow and it stops in the Metanode at the Excel node:
error message: ERROR Read Excel Sheet Names 3:25:0:33 Execute failed: D:\KNIME\_workspace\Challenge\Challenge 33 - Medical Procedure Prices - Solution\data\Kaiser Foundation Hospital - Antioch\106074097\_CDM\_2021.xlsx is not a folder. Please specify a folder.

When I change the setting in the List file node to Mode: Folders (before Files in folders) then I get the error message:
ERROR Read Excel Sheet Names 4:25:0:33 Execute failed: D:\KNIME\_workspace\Challenge\Challenge 33 - Medical Procedure Prices - Solution\data\Kaiser Foundation Hospital - Antioch is a folder. Please specify a file.

So please explain me how the setup the List Files node

Thanks for your help

So based on this image, the files did in fact change which may have caused your first issue you stated earlier - you have twice the number of files I had.

For this new error, the relative path with current workflow data area will only work with what you specified if that exists in a folder called data within your workflow.

Here is how to read in files in KNIME: [Reading Files in KNIME - YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IiZsOnhZgzk)

Hello Victor,
thanks for your answer 😉
Good to know that the data have changed.
I try to run the workflow with your hint, regarding: “the relative path with current workflow data area will only work”, but I strruggle. I have in my workflow folder the folder called “data” and I try the relative setting from the Youtube video, but it doesn’t find the files, no matter which relative setting I use, see screenshots. Also no matter if I choose files or folders. Could you please send me a screenshot how I have to setup this note that it will work. Thanks in advance BR FlowCreator
