[SOLVED] wrapped node - always default value used

Dear,

I have a "Value Filter" quickform node inside a wrapped metanode. This value filter is populated with a list from a SQL query. 

Whatever selection I make on the webportal in this value filter, it is not used, but instead the default value of the "Value filter" is always used...
I already have included all workflow variables to be visible outside the wrapped node, but this does not solve my problem...

What am I missing?

I am using org.knime.core version 3.1.3

I have just updated the Knime Server from 4.2 to 4.3 and it works now as expected... is that due to the update, or just because I had to restart the server...????
