Splitting table in pairs of 2 columns

See this wf UV-Vis_TimeSeries_Split_v2.knwf (205.7 KB). It creates 289 csv files in a loop.
Be sure the columns are in correct order, otherwise you have the wrong pair of columns in your csv.
