Subspace Clustering BufferDataContainer

I have tried all of the Subspace Clustering Algorithm nodes by Gunnemann et al. on a variety of data formats and sizes and recurrently receive the following error:

Execute failed: org.knime.core.node.BufferedDataContainer.size()I

Is there any way around this?

Hi @willy66wonka,

We’re not maintaining those nodes ourselves, I guess you would have to reach out to the authors of the extension to get some feedback. Can you give me a pointer from where you’ve installed the nodes? I can maybe also ping the authors :slight_smile:

The author suggested using an earlier version of KNIME. It works for me with v.2.10.0.
