Summarize Multiple Columns

Hi

 I have a table that consists of feature name and next a value, this table has let say 10 pairs of such structure

clmn1 vclmn1 clmn2 cvlm2.....

The names of features cross clmn are most similar and I want to create one column that has the average of this feature.

How can I do that? See below for real table.
