Technical term for the following wanted: "Several prediction models connected in series"

Hello All,

I have a supposedly simple question regarding machine learning. I have a prediction algorithm which “presorts” my data in the first random forest learner and then finally assigns it in the second random forest.

I am quite sure that there is a technical term for this principle, but unfortunately I can’t think of it. Without the technical term I can’t find anything on the internet about the topics…

if you still need help can you try and explain it a bit more? Maybe adding a workflow picture to better understand what “several prediction models connected in a series” means…
