Website’s download server might be blocked or extremely slow in response from China. I suggest to try with VPN.

Are you behind a firewall or proxy server? Either of those could block the download. Have you tried to download a zip version of Knime?

I have already obtained the installation program from my colleagues in the United States.

At the moment, the KNIME download server may not always be accessible from mainland China due to network restrictions. If you experience any difficulty downloading KNIME or accessing related resources, we would be happy to assist.
