# Tibco Spotfire Information Link Reader issues

Hi all,

I’m trying to configure a TIBCO Spotfire Information Link Reader node. I’ve already resolved the documented certificate issue ([https://community.spotfire.com/articles/spotfire/knime-and-spotfire-integration/](https://community.spotfire.com/articles/spotfire/knime-and-spotfire-integration/)) but now I get a rather non-useful error:  
Execute failed: Cannot invoke “String.isEmpty()” because “this.pattern” is null

Within the node config, if I click the Retrieve Information Link Parameters I get the equally useful: Message. Could not send Message.

Any troubleshooting ideas?
