tmp folders cannot be accessed in centos 7

Dear KNIMER’s
Does anyone have a solution to the WARNING about knime tmp folders not being able to be access? I have debug mode on and I see this in startup in the Console. I’m running various KNIME versions, seeing this in 4.3.6 and 4.7.0. The folder I’ve changed to my local linux working folder. So no issues writing there ordinarily.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @mazzo,

Can you add more details please? I roughly recall I had something similar but upon verifying what I thought to recall I can only say, even though I am on OS X (so kind of BSD), accessing (both read and write) works for temp folder.

“/tmp” works too.
