problems viewing interactive view on scatter plot

Hello, I conducted topic extraction analysis and I am trying to view the scatter plot (interactive view) but I kept on getting an error. I am using Mac Os Mojave and checked previous posts and tried to do some adjustments that could help me but still getting the same error.
