Transforming Table

Hi knimers.

I have the next table this way:

ID Name Service 1 Service 2 Service 3
1 Mario 1 1 0
2 Diego 1 0 1

I need the previous table to be shown this way:

ID Nombre Servicio
1 Mario service 1
1 Mario service 2
2 Diego service 1
2 Diego service 3

I’ll apreciate your help with this, would be pretty usefull for the future.
