Transpose: Add option to force column type string

similiar to the feature suggestion for the unpivot node I would like to suggest adding an option to enforce string typer when transposing a table.

Hi, when unpivoting multiple columns, which are most of the time of different types, the resulting column ColumnValues is Non-Native [interface org.knime.core.data.DataValue] [image] Trying to convert that to a string using the Table Manipulator does not work: [image] Certainly there are other fallback options but my point is, why not add an option to default to String Type instead of non-native?
