trouble installing KNIME server 4.4.1 on windows server 2012

I'm getting almost to the end of the install after entering SMTP info and I get an A5 error and the cmd.exe window where I'm installing KNIME 4.4.1 on windows server says that it cannot unpack pack.knime.tomee. 

Also, the license directory was empty even though I specified a license file in the install GUI.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the report. You also contacted KNIME Support directly. Just documenting the outcome here, in case it helps anyone in the future. The issue was solved by setting the JRE_HOME and JAVA_HOME environment variables.
