Tukey test after ANOVA

I’m running one-way ANOVAs in KNIME. When the overall test is statistically significant, I want to run a post-hoc Tukey test to determine which pairwise comparisons are significantly different. I haven’t found a way to do this in KNIME. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this?

Thank you very much!

Welcome to the forum @gabereif.

You may need to implement this yourself using an R snippet node.

Is this any help? I’m not a trained statistician so I’m not sure.
