Welcome back. First of all, can you please let us know if you are trying to connect community hub or it is on-prem hub in your organization.

Solution for both are different.

On-Prem (KNIME Business Hub):
Check if you are connected in the correct network and your hub is reachable.

  1. Check if you connection settings (for proxy or non-proxy) is looking good in Network Settings in Preferences.
  2. Also check in the Logs if you are getting PKIX error when you are trying to connect with KNIME Business Hub. If you are having PKIX issue add below line in you knime.ini file at the end and restart your KNIME AP
    –add-modules=ALL-SYSTEM
    -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore=NONE
    -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStoreType=WINDOWS-ROOT
    -Djava.security.manager=allow

Community HUB:

  1. Please check if you network is blocking community hub (if you can open the hub in the browser or not).
  2. Again check if you connection setting is looking good in Network Settings in Preferences.
