Uploading files to a folder in work flow

i want to ask your help,
I have a work flow, in this work flow there i had created a folder to upload the files, which will be used later to be combined in on big excel file.

another point that i want the widget to be visible to the user, so he can upload the file, then form another filter the whole component will be refreshed i.e the file will be combined in the excel file, then the user can see his details after applied the filter.
How can i make a filed in the DATAApp to allow users to upload the files? then how can i configure it to transfer the files to the folder in the work flow ?

Not sure I follow. Can you upload your workflow in progress so far, and a screenshot or two of what your ideal outcome would be?

Please do let me know if this solves your problem:

  1. You can add Workflow Data Area Connector – KNIME Community Hub that will let you access the data area of the workflow now connect Create Folder – KNIME Community Hub to create folder.
  2. Create a component with File Upload Widget – KNIME Community Hub and design the UI of component as you want.
  3. Now add Transfer Files – KNIME Community Hub and transfer you uploaded file to this newly created Workflow Data Area folder.
  4. You can use Table View – KNIME Community Hub in created component to show the merged data.

NOTE: If you want user to add multiple files in one go. You can allow user to upload a Zip file. You can extract and in Loop you can read all.
