Use t test with if

Hi, anyone can help me?
How I make a t test with “if”, for example, in stata, I use:
ttest “variable1” if “variable2==x, by(treat1)”

Hi @NunoMR, welcome to the forum.

One approach would be to use a rule-based row filter to select the records that meet your criteria, then use the appropriate t-test node to carry out the test. Without any extra context, there’s not much else to suggest.

Thanks Elsamuel, I will try this.

Hi there @NunoMR,

welcome to KNIME Community!

As @elsamuel said it is hard to suggest something that might work for you without additional context butm maybe wanna use IF Switch or some Case Switch node dependent on variable2 value. See here on how to control your flow with switches: https://docs.knime.com/2020-07/analytics_platform_flow_control_guide/index.html#if-and-case-switches
