Hello,
Would you mind clarifying your purpose and use-case a bit more? Knowing what you’re attempting to accomplish with this may help us figure out the best way to get from A to B with this question.

We are trying to build a script to automatically respond to emails if we have not received a response within a given time period. We currently are using Knime to send out emails based off certain constraints but want to reply all if a given amount of time passes.
This could be a good starting point for your challenge:
Are you aware of a way to pull the Host Name out of Outlook? Also, is the username & password the same as your Outlook login creditals?
The “hostname” in the “Get mail” configuration refers to the address of the IMAP or POP3 server.
If your Outlook environment supports these protocols (what I do not know for sure but at least strongly assume), you should be able to use it. Login and password will be for the access via IMAP resp. POP3.
If you’re running this in a corporate context, your administrators will surely be able to provide you with the necessary configuration.
