using RDKIT in knime through Python node

dear ,

I want to use the other functionality of the RDKIt package in knime , can you have some example or workflow to start with it through python ? i have install rdkit on python 2.6 on OS win xp 32.

can anyone help me to start?

Hi,

I don't think I understand your question. If you want to use the RDKit from python (not using knime). then the best place to look is probably here:

http://www.rdkit.org/new_docs/GettingStartedInPython.html

If you're asking how to use the RDKit python bindings from within knime: that's more difficult.
