I am rather new user of Knime, thus some support is highly appreciated.
Attached picture shows covid-19 cases per month in four countries. Problem is that those countries are repeated in rows. I would like to find a way to have each country as own column maintaining that Year/Month column as it is.

Pivoting node may work for you

@izaychik63 is totally right. The Pivoting node will solve your problem. As I always feel a bit of pain when configuring this node, I attached you an example showing how to use it for your data:
