view result from table writer

Hi All,

I just started using KNIME, so please bear with me.

 

my question is that I have a simple workflow to generate association rules and at the end tablewriter is used to write to a file. however, when i open that file with text editor to examine rules, the text is not readable, it seems table writer writes a binary file instead of text file. Anyone cares to explain how to view resulted file from tablewriter?

Table writer is for reading back into Knime, maybe by another colleague, using table reader node.

if you want to view results outside of Knime then try using the XLS Writer or CSV Writer node.
