Vlookup index match

Hello group, how could I generate the automatic result, of the values that are intercepted? taking into account that the columns can be less or more in each run. See attached image.

See this wf vlookup_index_match.knwf (45.1 KB)

It identifies the max value of every row-column combination with the same name.
