Hello

I'm using Knime version 3.4.0

I have Table with rows:2926 and cols:2001. Im trying to change the class column with the Node "AttributeSelectedClassifier (3.7)" . Then i get this error:

WARN KNIMEApplication$4 Potential deadlock in AWT Event Queue detected. Full thread dump will follow debug output.

also, I tried with less number of column and the same thing happen.

Hi Malik,

Does your node execute anyways? This is an issue that occurs every now and then when handling big datasets. There are already some threads on the forum about this, e.g. https://www.knime.com/forum/knime-general/issues-with-table-with-16m-rows and https://www.knime.com/forum/knime-general/potential-deadlock-in-awt-event-queue-detected-when-working-with-large-table.

Having a look at those maybe already helps you solving your problem. Hope that helps.
