I have to read a table with about 2700 columns (including sparse vectors of 2700 features as classification input) , but the internal table format of KNIME seems to have some limitation .
I would like to know what is the maximum number of columns allowed in the table and is tehre a way to increase it ?
Did you run into any particular problems when processing more that 2700 columns? The only limitation is that a single row needs to fit into memory, but this should not be the case, doesn't it? However, when using for example the Column Filter node or any node with a Column Filter panel, you eventually ran into slow ui responses when moving columns between include and exclude list. Do you see any ERROR or WARNING messages in the KNIME Console?
