What is the purpose of using ‘ExclusionProcess’ command?

What is the purpose of using ‘ExclusionProcess’ command?

I’m not a Powershell expert, but I believe the purpose is to make sure that KNIME runs without having Windows Defender scan it (which can cause slowdowns during KNIME startup).
