Why so long response reaction from Knime developers?

I posted this question yesterday on your forum, question quite simple, but no reaction from knime developers?

If you continue support your product, and even make it not free for some cases,  why you don't pay attention for user's questions???

I am not an employee of KNIME, so I cannot speak for KNIME.  This forum is for users to share their knowledge and expertise to solve KNIME problems.  I find it quite impolite to attack the KNIME developers because they have not answered your question within 24hrs, remember this is an open source software that you get for free. 

Me too I am not an employee of KNIME and I definitely agree with Macca. This is a user forum and not a KNIME support product.
