Hi,
I was searching for a lost workflow using the Windows explorer (personal note … an absolute atrocity). After I found it, I opened it, close it, moved it to a better suited location in the workspace, opened it again and executed it. All while the explorer was still searching in the background and I had one settings.xml file selected (no preview!).
Upon save I faced this error. Resetting the entire workflow didn’t help. Closing the explorer window did not either. I had to restart the explorer service.
