Within subject anova

Hi! I need to run a Within subject anova, is it possible in Knime? And with which node? Thanks!

Hi @stefis and welcome to the forum.

Currently this type of ANOVA (sometimes referred to as repeated measures) is not supported with native KNIME nodes - you would need to use an R Snippet or Python Script to implement this.

That said, we have a feature request open for this, and I can add a +1 from you on that ticket (internal reference AP-9944).
