I have a workflow with a MySQL Connector, 4 Database Reader and 8 Database Writer.
Is there a way to run this workflow, e.g. via a URL in the browser to start?

Yes you can do this using the KNIME Webportal , which comes with the KNIME Server. The functionality is already built in, so you do not need to do any coding and directly have your own web application.
