Workspace problems

Hi. I pertitioned my local disk and I’have my workspace in the new secondary partition. If I stop working with KNIME but leave it open, when I get back and try to create a new workflow I’m frequentely getting this error:

has anybody experienced a similar problem?, any suggestions?

Thanks @ipazin. In my case it looks like it happens when I’m creating a new workflow, I get the message and can’t see/use this workflow, but once I restart KINIME the new workflow has been created and everything runs OK.
