Wrong initialization in CAIMDiscretizationNodeModel Line:330

Hi,

I'am workin on an extension of the CAIM-Node and after I've compared my Version with the CAIMDiscretizationNode, i found a mistake.

When you take a look at the paper of Lukasz Kurgan, and Krzysztof Cios, you will see, that they initialize k with 1. In your Implementation you are doing this with 0 so the Node will return one Interval too much.

This issue is fixed with the KNIME v2.5.2 release.
