i have a list of chemical compounds (.xlsx; each row of this .xlsx list correspond to a chemical).

Go to: http://www.lipidmaps.org/tools/structuredrawing/StrDraw.pl?Mode=SetupFAStrDraw.
I want to insert each row of the .xlsx list, in the empty field to generate a .sdf file.

Please have a look to the attachment

i’m asking if there is a way to do this automatically, becouse my list is made of 400 hundreds rows.

even after reading your post 3 times and after having a look at the linked web page - what’s your question? Please share a sample of your input and output data and a little bit more comprehensible explanation of the challenge at hand.

Probably means to retrieve actual structures from an online portal for all chemical names mentioned in xls and tyen save it to sdf
