Hi,
I can see that you are using Windows 10. Which version of KNIME Analytics Platform are you using and which version of the RDKit extensions is installed?
One quick thing you can try: if you aren’t using the most recent nightly build of the RDKit nodes: please try installing that; I just tested that on Windows 10 and everything works fine for me.
