i installed knime 5.2 and encountered this issue

Could you please provide more information like when are you facing this issue? What are you trying to achieve?

It looks like you are trying to install the Continental extension. Have you activated the KNIME Community Extensions (Trusted) update site ?

Also, could it possible that you are behind a firewal, in that case you have to configure proxy.

Also, you can install extensions from Local Update Sites:
