FYI if anyone is interested: I just did a count of lines of code for the Knime source code I downloaded, comprising Knime base, core, product, sdk-setup and workbench.
The number I got for Java only was 1,059,383. Including XML it’s 1,240,655.
No wonder it takes a while and it can be hard to find stuff. This thing is big!
