How to chang port’s background color?
This default is gray,I want to change to other color!

There is no way to change to color of your own port. We don’t want to introduce a zoo of different port types - because it would be hard for the user to differentiate between many forms and colors. Thus: setting the color of the port is not possible.
Fabian didn’t answer the second part of your question, sorry for that.
You can change the (background) color of your node by assigning a
different type (source, predictor, …) in the .xml documentation file.
We define those colors representing different types of operators.
