I’m using KNIME for the first time, and I’m having trouble getting it to communicate with external hard drives (aka “Removable Volumes”) on my Mac. In Mac OS Settings, other apps show the option to allow access to Removable Volumes, but KNIME does not. I tried manually enabling Full Disk Access for KNIME, but that seems to only give full access to the internal hard drive.
Commenting on the hopes that it will re-bump this question in the forum. Thank you.
KNIME resp. Java will not show you a “Mac like” file system - this means that your boot volume (vulgo “Macintosh HD”) will always be the highest level, and other volumes will reside in that volume under a directory called /Volumes.
