Our second developer user is not able to view workflow jobs and scheduled jobs created and executed by the first developer. I would like to give the second developer access to those workflow jobs and scheduled jobs to allow him perform some investigations from his KNIME Analytics client. Could you please help on how I can grant him access to those workflow jobs and scheduled jobs?

Jobs do not have permissions, as a jobs can contain the connection information from another user, with job permissions you could give over your database information and even worse the credentials to another user. That is the reason a job can only be seen by the owner and admins of the server.
Scheduled Jobs do have permissions, you need to change those to change the visibility of the schedule for your colleagues.
