Hi
I am having issues using nodes that generate a new structure when the input column has an RDKit or CDK adapter cell representation present.
I've tried a few nodes:
- Generate 2D coordinates and highlight fail if the RDKit or CDK representation is in the adapter value map
- Canonical SMILES and Indigo fingerprint work
The problem seems to happen if Indigo outputs a new structure column.
Error in the console:
ERROR KNIME-Worker-5 Highlighter Execute failed: Runtime class of object "

0 ..." (index 0) in row "Row0" is Molfile and does not comply with its supposed superclass Molfile
