Add node short description in quick access modal

Hi,

when overing a node in the quick access modal, a rather irrelevant tooltip is displayed. Instead, I’d like to suggest to display a short description, beneath it the extension provider and the info-icon that, once clicked, opens the detailed node description.

Hi @mwiegand ,

We already have an internal ticket for this NXT-943: Display short description via a tooltip — back then we decided against it, because for some nodes the short descriptions is not very telling. We first need to revise the descriptions and then we can enable them.
