AF Utility Nodes: Create Firefox Browser Instance

With KAP 5.4 the node “Create Firefox Browser Instance” is not working for me anymore.

Error message: Execute failed: org/apache/commons/io/FileUtils

The workflow has not changed since KAP 5.3.x

I would use the Labs Web Extension, if I could, but at one (important) point, I need the “Get Session Info” to extract some cookies, which the Labs extension cannot do, afaik - correct me if I am wrong.

Attaching a worklow with just that one node…probably not necessary.
Firefix path and temp path are configured correctly.
No additional CLI present.

sorry for the very delayed reply
As I have no 5.4.1 available I tried to simulate your issue with a fresh 5.4.2 installation.
However neither in the developing debug nor in the fresh 5.4.2 or my personal KAP I could get to the same issue.

As well tested again create instance including get session info and there it works as expected

Could you try to upgrade your version to at least 5.4.2?
Did you provide a screenshot path or download path?
Or provide me with an example workflow?

Not sure if I did something different to what you set which causes the issue

Hi,
ah…Knime 5.4.2 already launched.
I upgraded my current kAP to Version 5.4.2 and it didn’t work.

Then I tried a fresh installation and now it works. I don’t really understand why it did not work with upgraded knime versions; I did not change the workflows and already imported all other preferences.

But for this topic…consider it solved.

That’s strange
Would have assumed upgrade and fresh would have the same basis

But good that it works for you now
