I just saw your “Customer Satisfaction & Retention Agent” workflow.
This looks very interesting, but unfortunately the purchase_history.sqlite database is missing (although customer_demographics_preferences.sqlite is present and doesn’t appear to be used). Do you think you could update the deployment?

The customer_demographics_preferences.sqlite is used in the Churn Prediction Tool.
Also for optimal use, please download the full agent folder.

Get this error message when trying to download from Hub. BTW - same error for JKISeason4-9.
Hi @rfeigel thanks for pointing this up. Some of us at KNIME also had this issue and our Hub devs have already provided a fix (about 15 min ago). I’ve just tried to download the workflow group and it worked as expected.
